You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed for us to perform the agreed services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials you share with us and for obtaining any permissions required for us to access your systems or materials.

Fees & Payment

Fees, payment schedules, and applicable taxes will be stated in your proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms shown on the invoice. We may pause services for overdue amounts after providing reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Subject to full payment of applicable fees, you will receive the rights to the deliverables specified in the applicable service agreement. Our tools, methods, templates, know-how, and other underlying materials remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We will treat non-public information you provide to us as confidential and use it only to deliver services, meet legal obligations, or improve our operations. You agree to treat our confidential information with the same level of care.
